Team Activity and Walk Rally

         

Employees are essential to the success of any organization. Each of them has their own thinking system, intelligence, belief, and point of view. Thus, the important duty of organization is to develop its unique employees to work efficiently together as a team to gain the most for the organization.

To work as a team, it is necessary for the employees to have a better understanding of teambuilding role and duty for each member. Team member should coordinate, sympathize, and have relationship among them selves in order to make a strong team and make the organization successful.

This course provides both contents and valuable material with several of activities for participants to enjoy while learning the system and procedure of working as a team. Most of activities will focus on giving responsibility to each person and achieving the team’s goal, unity in the group, fun, and learning techniques in efficiently working as a team to achieve the highest goal of each department.

Objectives

- To build and improve the relationship inside the team and organization, and enhance the
positive thinking toward organization and colleagues

- To enhance the relationship and an essential skills of teambuilding

- To develop creativity thinking, Ability to express their emotions, sacrifice, and responsibility

-To realize the importance and benefit of working as a team

- Develop strong commitments to the philosophy, vision, mission, goals and objectives.

- Improve their communication skills and function effectively as team leader, facilitator, and
coach to their team members in their respective responsibility areas,

- To learn the techniques and methodologies in creating efficiency
